上人与岑学吕居士、谭果式居士。岑居士收集虚老的事迹，撰写了《虚云老和尚年谱》。谭果式居士与她的姐姐谭果正居士，一九五九年在美帮助上人成立中美佛教总会。

The Master with Upasaka Chen Xuel_, who wrote a year-by-year record of Venerable Master Hsu Yun’s life and his biography, and Upasika Tan Guoshi, who with her sister Tan Guozheng, helped the Master establish the Sino-American Buddhist Association in the United States in l959.
